Concetta Defa began her career as an apprentice electrician with IBEW Local 354 in 1996. Since completing her apprenticeship, she has been a foreman, a project manager, and various other roles in the industry. She is currently the Assistant Business Agent for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 354, a position she accepted July of 2019 but remains passionate about the opportunities as a skilled and proud IBEW Journeywoman in the field.

She enjoys mentoring others in the industry, whether it is an apprentice working to become a Journeyman, or those who want to pursue a leadership role either with the union or in the field.
