Apprenticeship Programs
After successfully completing their Pre-Apprenticeship, students will be mentored through the process of apply for and interviewing with various construction trade apprenticeship programs. By this time, students should have an idea if the trades are the right place for them and which trade they would like to pursue. If they are accepted into a building trades apprenticeship program, they will also be sent to an affiliated employer for on-the-job training (OTJ) where they will earn wages and benefits while they learn their chosen trade.
