Utah Women in Trades (UWIT) is dedicated to increasing the number of women pursuing and succeeding in non-traditional building and construction trades. Our goal is to support these industries by supporting education through apprenticeship programs, conducting outreach and retention initiatives, providing mentoring, celebrating successes, and offering encouragement and hope to future generations.

We are committed to ensuring that everyone entering the construction trades can work in a safe and supportive environment, free from harassment and discrimination. Our goal is to empower individuals to thrive in trades careers, fostering a more effective workforce. Through our efforts, we aim to pave the way for future generations to build, create, and succeed in the trades.
